Four years ago, I made my first vision board. I knew that my dreams were a little bigger than what could be done in a year, so I decided that I would call it, “2020 Vision” and make plans for 2020.
The reason that Vision board still hangs on my wall mostly undone is because I didn’t plan for a pandemic. I didn’t plan at all really.
Today, I choose to make the decision to put a quote that I learned while pledging Iota into practice and it is this:
Guard well your spare moments, they are like uncut diamonds. Discard them and their true value will never be known. Improve them and they can become the brightest gems in a useful life. Life offers two great gifts - time and the ability to choose how to spend it. If we do not choose to plan, we choose to have others plan for us.
I look forward to taking you along for the journey of a lifetime as I plan to pursue the passions, pleasures, and purpose of my heart.
